About Us
The Kansas City Young Republican Chapter is dedicated to helping Young Republicans in the Greater Kansas City Area gain a better understanding of the political process, political issues, as well as providing opportunities to help Republican candidates and promote Republican causes on a national, state, and local level.

Our membership is comprised of young professionals (18-40 years old) from Jackson, Platte, Clay, Cass, Johnson (KS), and Wyandotte (KS) Counties. Each month we meet and provide the opportunity for like minded individuals to hear a guest speaker or panel of speakers discuss a relevant political topic. Our monthly sessions are interactive and we enjoy hearing challenging questions from our members for our guest speakers. While we are generally like minded, we welcome diversity of thought from our members. In addition to our monthly meetings, we meet for special social and political events during the course of the year.

Our members join for a host of reasons. Some join to stay up to date on hot political issues, some are attracted to the opportunity to meet others in a social setting, while some join to learn how to become involved in a political campaign.
